Dilip Ghosh retired from Indian Administrative service in 2012 as Secretary to the Government of West Bengal. He has worked in Health and Family Welfare, Panchayat and Rural Development, Micro Small and Medium Industries Departments. Apart from heading different state sponsored programmes, he has also headed design and implementation of programmes funded by DFID on rural decentralisation.
